Working together, the Competition and Markets Authority and Financial Conduct Authority are publishing new data allowing customers to see more clearly how their bank is performing on quality of service. Banks now need to publish information showing how likely customers would be to recommend their bank to friends, relatives and other businesses. Customers will also be asked about likeliness to recommend online and mobile banking, branch and overdraft services.
